How does Email Extractor work?
Open any web page and click the extension. It scans the page and lists every email address it finds. You can copy them or, with a premium plan, AutoSave them to the cloud and export to CSV.
What is AutoSave?
When AutoSave is active it keeps every email address you come across while browsing, storing each one with the URL and the date/time it was first found. All AutoSaved emails live in the cloud and can be exported to CSV at any time.
What is Automation?
Paste up to 1,000 URLs and Automation visits each one in a new tab, AutoSaving the emails it finds. When a batch finishes you can start another. Some sites may rate-limit aggressive scraping, so use it responsibly.
How do I use my subscription on another device?
Your subscription is tied to an access token. After subscribing we email you the token. On another device, install the extension, open its settings, and paste the token into “Update my token” to unlock premium there too.
I subscribed but a new install isn’t premium. What do I do?
On the subscription page click “Have you already a subscription?” and enter the email you subscribed with. We’ll email you your access token to paste into “Update my token”.
How do I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel?
Premium is self-serve. Open Billing in your Mailsumo dashboard to change or cancel your plan; everything is handled securely through Stripe’s customer portal.
What happens to my saved emails if I cancel?
Your saved emails are retained, but new captures and downloads are paused while your subscription is inactive. Resubscribe to regain full access.
Is there a free version?
Yes. You can find and view emails on a page for free. AutoSave, Automation, and CSV export require a premium plan.
